If you are not satisfied with your item, simply return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges. Products must be returned in new, unworn condition, and with all original product tags. Returned items purchased through the Burger Hut Online Store may be subject to a reduced refund if not in original packaging, in salable condition and/or if the merchandise was sold as a SALE or DISCONTINUED item.
Gift Cards may not be returned unless you receive a damaged or defective card. Please note that other restrictions may apply.
The Burger Hut Online Store can replace most damaged or defective items. In order to get your exchange item as quickly as possible, simply return the unwanted item for a refund then place a new order for the item you want. Gift Cards must be exchanged in person at a Burger Hut location near you. Gift Card balance must be verified before exchange or replacement can be issued.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded ground shipping costs if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. It is the customer’s responsibility to guarantee return shipping. Burger Hut recommends that you ship via a method whereby the shipment can be tracked.
A replacement for a returned item cannot be shipped until the return is received.
